1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 1333et platform located at 1333et.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 1333et (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1333et reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience is not legally binding. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Language

All communications between 1333et and its players, including support interactions, bonus notifications, account correspondence, and dispute resolution, are conducted exclusively in English. Players acknowledge that English is the operational language of the platform.

1.2 Jurisdiction

1333et primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. All displayed amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and all times referenced on the platform are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of online gaming services is lawful in their country or region of residence.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 1333et platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any bonus or promotion offered on the platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.1 Age Verification

Age verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. 1333et may request copies of government-issued identification documents, such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport, to confirm a player's age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe will result in suspension of the player's withdrawal privileges.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

1333et is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. Players must ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to their specific location before registering an account. 1333et does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law.

2.3 Single Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 1333et. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment method details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 1333et services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payment verification purposes.

You agree to provide truthful information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

1333et operates a KYC programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. As part of KYC, players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. 1333et reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while verification is in progress.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party. 1333et will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify 1333et support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 1333et are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 1333et does not apply any platform-side transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside 1333et's control.

4.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. VIP-tier players may be eligible for higher deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits applicable to your account are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. 1333et reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions or accounts with unusual activity patterns.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

You may only use payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party payment method will be returned to the source account and the associated wagers will be declared void.

4.4 Currency & Exchange

1333et operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by the platform. The ৳ symbol used throughout the platform represents Bangladeshi Taka. Players should ensure their payment provider account is funded in BDT to avoid any conversion charges applied at the payment provider's end.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1333et offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and complete their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact welcome bonus amount and applicable wagering requirements are detailed on the current promotions page. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may not be claimed more than once per household or IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by 1333et are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds (and in some cases, any winnings generated from bonus funds) must be wagered a specified number of times — typically between 20x and 40x depending on the promotion — before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, Teen Patti, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%). Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is credited may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

1333et employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that 1333et considers abusive includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements artificially, hedging bets across markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and any coordinated activity with other players for financial gain. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and their accounts may be suspended.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on 1333et are governed by the individual sport rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, 1333et's trading team reserves the right to apply generally accepted sporting rules as the final reference.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

1333et reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity and 1333et's internal liability limits. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance; a bet is confirmed only when 1333et displays an explicit confirmation message with a unique bet reference number.

6.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed disruption, 1333et reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. 1333et will not be bound by an obviously incorrect price and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any time during an event, particularly around key match events such as wickets, goals, injuries, or VAR reviews. Bets placed before a suspension is confirmed are accepted; bets placed after a suspension is triggered may be voided at 1333et's discretion.

6.4 RNG & Live Casino Fairness

All RNG (random number generator) casino games available on 1333et use certified random algorithms that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live casino games are sourced from licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, which operate under their own regulatory certifications. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying RNG or live game mechanics and are not influenced by 1333et.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 1333et, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. You acknowledge that breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1333et platform:

• Registering more than one player account under any name or identity
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting activity
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime
• Allowing another person to access or operate your account on your behalf
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the 1333et platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 1333et staff member or fellow player via support channels

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1333et platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data, is the intellectual property of 1333et or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from 1333et.

7.3 Player Conduct in Live Chat

Players interacting with the 1333et support team via live chat are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. 1333et reserves the right to terminate a live chat session and restrict a player's access to support services if the player engages in abusive, discriminatory, or threatening language directed at support staff.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

1333et reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 1333et support via live chat and requesting permanent closure. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, all login access to the account is disabled, no promotional communications are sent, and any remaining bonus funds are forfeited. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, 1333et will send a notification to the registered email address. Dormant account balances are retained by 1333et in accordance with applicable procedures after a period of 36 months of inactivity. Players with dormant accounts may reactivate their account at any time by contacting support and completing re-verification.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1333et shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or technical failure. 1333et's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

8.5 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, bonus, payment, or account decision, you must contact 1333et support in the first instance. 1333et will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event; claims raised after this period may not be considered. 1333et's decision on all disputes is final and binding subject to any overriding rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
